We believe that the best people to write about health and fitness are people who live it as a pastime.

Everyone on our team is a runner, cyclist, yogi, coach, or other health and fitness practitioner.

WE MAKE THINGS WE CAN STAND BY

Whatever we’re working on – whether a training plan or a golf swing guide – we want it to be the best resource that the reader can find online, and designed to best serve the audience.

WE’RE IN IT FOR THE LONG RUN

We believe in taking long-term approaches with our sites, our content, and our audience.

We’d rather spend time curating the best content and reputation we can, than chasing rapid growth that doesn’t serve our audience’s interests.
